When you selected "Water Main Break" for category, you should have received a warning message advising you to call to report this, due to the urgency of the matter. When you see a water main break, call the Public Utilities Operations Division at 919-996-3245 (24/7).
Regardless, we are checking with staff to ensure this was repaired & will provide an update shortly.
