The block watch has made several complaints about this person since the building started. Nothing done about it. And the Parking department asked for specific examples of commuters using visitor tags fraudulently, but they just keep saying they are enforcing the rules, even though the same people just continue, and we don't see any action. And we can't find spaces when the street has one-side only parking for cleaning or snow.
