Trash collectors' truck has arrived. Next time I'll attach a photo, as this is a continuing problem.

Still an ongoing problem.

The landlord has accused me of throwing trash out the window, I suppose because my apartment is above the overflowing trash.

This is ridiculous; something has to be done to get Pike in compliance as they are notorious slumlords! Is there some way for LCI to fine them for this?

I know that LCI specialists are trying as hard as they can with Pike and they seem to just disregard any efforts made to get them to comply, so I wonder if it's time to hit them in the pocketbook to get them to pay attention???

I am a 71 year old retired person with arthritis. Today I contacted my attorney who specializes in elder issues.

It's now more an issue of intimidation by libel. And there are so many other unresolved issues complained of by tenants and ignored.
