Description

There is a sewer line manhole (covered) in the middle of our cul de sac. There are many cockroaches crawling out from it. Please exterminate as this is very unsanitary and could grow into a larger problem for the neighborhood. Also, can you replace the manhole cover with one that is a sealed design? Thank you.
