Yes city workers did it. The city maintains the islands in the center of Picardy, but I've never seen them weed before. Hoping they'll come back and do the other end of the island. Looks great!

Yes, looks good! Do you know how the city decides which islands they will maintain? There are so many islands in the city that they don't maintain and the maintenance falls upon volunteers.
