This is the 3rd time reporting this issue since first reported on February 28th. This branch has still not been removed and is a safety hazard. I know the Flood Control District is responsible. However this 2 ton branch when it falls not if it falls will at the very minimum cause damage to the bridge which is city property and could possibly kill or injure a passerby. Since this issue is not getting the needed attention, I would suggest you enlist the city Arborist and or your boss to contact the Flood Control District.
