This was pretty abysmal, but at least it wasn't a truck just sitting in the bike lane today?

Is the bike lane considered a legal travel lane? If it's closed for construction doesn't that mean a police officer must be present?

What's the ETA on when this will be investigated further? It's an issue right now, so I'm hoping you'll investigate today, and not in a week? I realize you're probably very busy with plenty of other issues, but this is a pretty serious safety concern for the bike lane to just disappear into a RIGHT TURN ONLY lane.

Construction is complete. The Traffic & Parking department works with Department of Public Works to ensure that traffic management for construction includes safe treatments for bicyclists in work zones.
