The trash is still outside loose just sitting on sidewalk. I have informed neighbor that it needs to be cleaned up and they just blew me off

I would like to see that the trash is picked up before a storm goes and blows it all over our neighborhood.

It's lack of respect for the street the city and the neighbors.
