Description

Center lines were painted on the newly paved Willims St instead of lanes for right turn to East Boston and lane to go straight toward Chelsea St or turn left to Chelsea. It is causing traffic back ups due to people no knowing. Why are these things not planned ahead of time?

This was a mistake by the contractor. The line will be blacked out and repainted.

Thank goodness !!! I recently noticed this myself and almost voiced a complaint but at least this will be fixed. What is the timeframe?

I commented on another similar issue reported yesterday.

When driving south on Williams St towards the right turn to the Meridian Street bridge, between Division and Pearl Street there is a very bad rise or bump in the road and it needs to be looked at immediately.

The lines need to blacked out and re-done back to at least Pembroke Street, not just 20 feet in front of the light. Where it has been blacked out now does no good. Also better marking need to be done from the other direction as well.

It's been over a month since this issue was reported and commented on by many. Please address this problem. .. And consider a "do not block the box" zone as well to keep the intersection clear. Thank you
