I have reported this before. A white pickup comes into neighborhood with 4 big dogs loose in the pickup bed. He parks in Taylor Ranch Library parking lot , opens the back tailgate of his truck, then they just run wild in library lawn when there is dog park right there! I asked him again to please use park bur he is rude to me and walks away. I've called 332-cops. They refer to animal control but by time they get there, they're gone.
