Description

Bank Street is a four-lane street without visible lane striping as has been there years ago (when the Department of Public Works did a much better job of maintaining streets than it has in recent years). Also, a mid-block pedestrian crosswalk sign is placed in the roadway on school days. However, there is no crosswalk painted on the pavement. How much longer will it take to tend to this street??
