Description
The no parking sign that is adjacent to our property has been stolen for the second (out of concrete this time...) I cannot say by who exactly, but was done by if not for the neighbors in the quadplex behind us, who constantly have parties and people over, always ripping out our personal signs and leaving trash all along our property and yard.

These signs were not stolen; they were unlawfully erected so they were removed by City staff. Citizens cannot post tow warning signs to prohibit parking on city streets. Further, citizens may not erect signs in the Right of Way.
