I called the city of Duluth again at 730-4421 and got a message from Earl Stewart who takes care of the lights for the city of Duluth. He said the wires to the slider bad but the wires go through vault that is the property of Minnesota power. He put out were quarter end on July 7, 2016. Hopes that he can get the wires pulled before it freezes.

Saw the Minnesota power trucks down by the library today. Another available 24 7 days a week 365 days a year. But there's a work order it's
that is very old on the repair of this light. There's a lot of nice people that go to the YMCA and park in this area. The Y does a lot of good things for people. I think the community should do a favor for the Y and fix the light to parking around the YMCA would be nicer. I talked to the ladies at the beauty parlor who were working late one night and they agree this light needs to be fixed. I also talked to the maintenance man from the Masi building and he suggested that they fix the light to improve the property value of the building after spending all that money to fix the chimney there
