Description

When pressing the button to cross Park Street, Bank Street, and Railroad - the lights are not working in conjunction with the sound of the chirping. For Example: One light will change to red, the chirping sounds off, but the other light is green on the opposite side. It is showing a lot of right hand turns while pedestrians are crossing the road. This needs to be fixed before someone is hit.
