A. Blinders on streetlight improperly installed 90degrees off, they actually block/ obscure the view of traffic signal from drivers coming down Bentley Ave. This has been reported to rcc over 2 weeks ago, nothing has been done. Its dangerous to NOT be able to see if its red green or yellow. Its very dim
