This individual claims that he was denied the " ZONE I " parking permit, because where he lives is no longer entitled to have that particular permit any longer, but he claims the person next door to him was issued a " ZONE I " parking permit. He wants to register this complaint, because he says the PARKING AUTHORITY isn't treating individuals in similar situations the same way. He claims he was denied, yet his next door neighbor was issued a " ZONE I "parking permit.
