Description

Parked for several hours, no driver, doors open. On E 18th between 13th Ave S and alley. Blocking line of site to traffic for vehicles wanting to make left hand turn on to 18th. Not safe!

A. MPS School Bus 803...parked on E 18th between 13th ave s and alley. Parked close to alley blocking line of sight to traffic. Shouldn't be parked on residential street. Also bus is unattended for several hours and door is open.
