Description

This garbage has been on the curb since 7 am for tonite's pick up. It is disgusting. It is in front of the parking lot adjacent to the above address. I have reported this several times to rt. They stopped for a while but are doing this agsin. T h e neighborhood is clean with new streets and trees. This is making the area look disgusting.
