This debris has been neglected for months, possibly a year. I posted this via my ClickFix app on my phone, as did another lady. Mine was closed & nothing has been done, that I can see. The Shelby County Assessor still lists this as owned by HEROLD PHILLIP D & JANE C. Both deceased. I think they have a surviving son that actually dealt with MFD when the building burned & they were leveling it. I saw him there that day. MFD may have a record on how to reach him. Please see this through! I feel so sorry for my very good neighbor that lives right next door. Also, a successful business operates right across the street. It is truly a horrible BLIGHT on our neighborhood. That those of us on our block of Cela Road, do try to maintain properly.
