I purchased a fence from Lowe's back in March and they assigned us a contractor. The contractor put in for a permit with the city to build the fence. There is some type of sewer line running through my yard and the city must come and take pictures and make marks before any work can be done.

In the meantime it's going on four months. Our old fence is down and we have neighborhood kids entering our yard playing basketball without permission. We cut our basketball pole to prevent any further attraction. If they get hurt, their parents will want to sue us. How do we get these pictures and the marks made? I really need my fence up sooner than later. I also have had wild animals take up residence in my yard. Currently there is a fox family living under my storage and my neighbors are upset with us as if we invited them. Please help us get our fence up. This is really becoming a problem for us.
