After the Owner of the lot at 15 Rock creek rd passed away ( Years ago ), the House upon it was torn down and the space is supposed to be used as a public garden / sitting area . It is grossly overgrown and not an enviironment that either children can play in ( lots of small creatures run in and through there because of the growth ) / and Adults are not able to farm or cultivate the area. It is Central at the corner of the lower street end cul-de-sac and needs to be addressed.
