East bound left turn signal not working. Also, when it does work, the cycle is too short. The backup in the picture is the east bound turn lane to go north on Lake Ave. causing the backup. Once the issue is corrected, I suggest making two cycles, one before the red and one after. This is due to the very short distance within the turn lane itself. It was operating that way last week.
