Must be the first time you've used the ParkMobile app. The meter does not show time remaining. You have that info on the app. Problem is that the time on the the app isn't always in synch with the reading when checked my traffic officers. People have posted here about getting a ticket when their app shows time remaining and I've gotten a ticket when I was three minutes over. In any case, give yourself plenty of time to return to your vehicle. I've gone back to using coins when I can.

Since the opening of this issue the meter has been visited by the repair crew and should be in working order, but unfortunately our communication with the community through See Click Fix on this issue left room for improvement.
