Illegal Dumping

Someone from the adjacent townhome community has dumped several larger children's riding toys and busted up furniture (and a milk crate?) in the creek behind the townhomes between the townhouse and the land owned by Shellbrook Apartments.

The debris was on the sidewalk and in the grass road strip early evening 6/28/16 and we saw that it had been thrown into the creek this morning during our AM dog walk. We picked up all the broken mirror glass we saw in the grass between the sidewalk and the creek.

I have no idea who the owner of the items is or who threw the items in the creek but it would appear it is definitely from the townhomes off Garden Crest Lane (?) to the left of the debris field if you are looking at it.

There is still a wet destroyed cardboard box and rolled up linoleum i the grass strip by the road. There is a trashcan put there on pick up day but I can't say that this is the person responsible.
