Thank you for your request this issue has been addressed by the Public Works Department, Traffic Engineering Division. The traffic signal at the Golf Cart Crossing was recently modified as part of an effort to slow people down on Crest. The traffic signal is not malfunctioning but will turn red periodically so that approaching vehicles reduce their speeds thorough this residential neighborhood.
