Description

Builder at 660 and 670 Coley Oaks Ct after receiving CO has constructed large retaining wall with no engineering (over 5 feet tall) removed required mailbox, stored huge top soil pile on vacant lot uncovered since fall along with construction debris. Despite requests from HOA board to correct has failed to respond. Possible other violations include possible illegal utility meters.
