I have seen this many times when out walking the neighborhood.

This is the same home that continuously has some type of fog horn and lets it's blow during the mornings, evenings anytime. It wakes up the babies in the area as well as adults. It scares people half to death something needs to be done since this is a noise ordinance issue. If there is a way to submit a recording of the horrible sound I will be happy to post it i'm east of this home and it disturbs me
