I agree totally with this complaint - in addition to Hyatt valets/customers driving too fast in v busy pedestrian area, the buses for the apartment complexes e.g. The Beacon block up the pathway (where it slopes to allow for wheelchair or stroller access) and crossing - as they drop and wait to collect tenants. Buses should have to stop at designated bus stops. The whole area at PATH station to Harborside needs to be pedestrianize - it is v dangerous for all, especially children and Harborside center does have a large daycare, which adds to my concern.

The couple of temporary stop/pedestrian crossing signs in the middle have helped a bit; but really the crossing needs painting on the road. It's marked by a change in pattern to the road surface but it's so subtle I doubt many people knew it was meant to be a crossing until those signs got placed there.

The addition of the temporary fencing just looks messy.

Has anything been done to date to address these concerns? I still see the same busses and traffic from the hotel blocking pedestrians and near misses as they attempt to drive through and turn around their vehicles which are clearly too large for the turn around spot
