Description

This property more has a lack of grass. The woman is outside day and night ripping the grass out of her yard by hand. She now collects lawn bags, grass heaps, and occasionally her recycle bin full of the grass that she piles on the corner next to the street sign. I'd like to see the corner picked up because sometimes she does let her stuff pile onto the sidewalk which is hard for neighbors/kids since they have to go around. During rainy days the sidewalk gets covered in mud and its a huge mess. She has since laid out carpet or some shag crap on the slope were grass should be which is a disaster. The beginning of this spring her grass looked great but she has since ripped it all out. Can we get this woman and her yard some help?
