This is a report for code enforcement. When you deal with a neighbor harassing you 24/7 and destructing your property (fyi against the law) feel free to tell me what is a "waste of community resources". I wasn't looking for opinions, but thank you.

Now you are harassing me on a public county site under ANOTHER fake profile? Again, this is a report filed thru the county directly. They will handle it as they see fit, as will our lawyer.

look for Hikvision IP based cameras. you can get them for under a 100 dollars off ebay. They have an option to where you can adjust the Camera to not iris down when it sees a strong light in one corner of the screen. You can set the area where the strong light source is. BLC (Backlight Compensation) by selecting that lighted area in the mask. Then I would get two 500 watt lights pointed at them to make sure you can see anyone coming over the fence. If they shoot the light call the police as shots in Pinellas county are not aloud. You will have them on video as I would buy a 3mega pixel camera minum to view them. The Hikvision camera has options like a built in DVR all you need to do is get a 64 gig micro sd card. Suggested model below is a 3.2 mega pixel.
Hikvision DS-2CD2032F-IW. In the modle number the "F" says it has the memory card option. The "I" says it has infered lights built in. The W says it can do a wifi connection to your router at home allowing you access the camera by only hooking up 12 volts DC to it. Other wise you can run a Cat5 cable between your camera and the internet router. Don't get mad improve your advantage point then send them to jail

Forgot to add the Hikvision camera also has a manual option with time schedule where you can turn the inferred light on so the incoming bright light from the yard next door will not leave it blind by turning off the IR led thinking its day time
