Description

This vehicle is a chronic nuisance. It parks on the sidewalk day in and day out, mostly in the afternoon. We have handicap senior citizens in our block that must walk in the street to get by due to his car blocking every single day. Small children must walk in the middle of he street every day in order to walk through.
The vehicle leaks car oil onto the sidewalk which then runs into the sewer. It makes our block look very dirty and uncared for.
