A. I was in midtown earlier today and used the credit machine for my parking; however, the machine would not stop and continued to add additional time to my ticket. It would not stop when I tapped on the cancel icon. The machine charged me $5.99 without my authorization. I was only needing a half hour charge. I contacted 311 and spoke to Mike. He instructed me to go on the website cityofsacramento.org and request a refund. I went on the website and cannot find this "refund" page. Please assist as the machine was faulty and this charge was not authorized. Thank you in advance. Christine
