Description

This sidewalk needs drainage to the street. With any SMALL amount of rain, it stays flooded for days. Besides it impeding walking across it and having to walk on the street (have witnessed mothers and strollers), it's a breeding ground for mosquitos. I've complained before. Please fix the drainage of this portion of the sidewalk.
