Sadly there are those who mistake or neighborhood for the public dump. Wish they would use their own streets.

Correct, this problem can be solved by taking a photo or video and reporting their plates. If these people know that this neiborhoood was watching out for that they would not dump here.

They usually sneak in at night.

New solutions fresh ideas are needed current methods are failing bad. At a minimum we must report more. We cannot accept these living conditions.
