A. Suspicious gang types hanging at this residence in the back yard and spilling into the alley most recently on June 24 at around 1100 pm. They are imbibing alcoholic beverages trashing the alley and they are loudly talking swearing. I hear them in my house with the air on windows closed. Whoever owns this residence had it cleaned at one time now the yard is littered with alcohol trash. The gang that hangs out in this yard is known to throw bottles and cans in neighboring yards. This house has a lock on the gate but it looks like it is all for show. Cars park in the alley for this residence park for about 15 min and leave so I believe there are drug transactions at times. Evidence of drug usage small bottles etc have been found in the alley
