Next door neighbor use of parking over drainage grid holds trash and over the grid when raining or water run off so it floods up in to yard.. they park there every day as regular parking spot. Which cause damage to grid and cause flooding in to yard. Can grid be paint as a no parking zone because damage to grid and flooding ..
