The Code Officer for the area stated that the reported location is incorrect; this falls between two property lines along Ponderosa Dr. A property manager was contacted and a letter had to be sent for the other property.

City should cut it and send the owners a bill if they don't cut it. Problem solved.

The Code Officer reported that the vegetation was cut back and the brushy pile should be picked up soon.
