Description

2 cardboard boxes left on sidewalk directly across from 762 Catalina Circle. I did not open the closed box. The open box appeared to contain various debris- HOWEVER it also contained STOLEN MAIL- obviously stolen State of California letter that had been opened but appeared intact and addressed to a house on Rolleen Dr. I placed this in the outgoing mail of the nearby postal box. There may be other stolen mail in there?
