Description
The concrete culvert cover on Oakwood Avenue seems to be a routine dumping site. The spot is marked with a “Report Littering 53 Clean” sign.
How about replacing the sign with a “This Area May Be Under Video Surveillance?” sign. Maybe that would help deter the activity.
Or, maybe even install a temporary video camera from time-to-time to help keep our neighborhood clean.
