Resident that live across the Palisade Ave /Bowers st corner by the park .There is a Bus stop that has a Bus-port with benches to sit are not able to sit. There are a few womens that are selling ices /food /water .they sit and relax with there feet on to the benches not leaving any space for the resident to sit when waiting for the buses. Handicap resident are complaining when they go to sit they (women that selling the items refuse to let them sit on the bench that belongs to the bus residents
