06/24/2016 Per Inspector Larry Cardosa, he has made contact with citizen in person. He has dressed the concern of the citizen to the best ability. Crew will be in the area for about 2 more weeks. Citizen is verbally abusive to the crew ( flag men , contactors) and if necessary he will call the cops to resolve the issue. Please refer to prior service request ( 2225303,2233707)

Once again I'm getting run around with these complaints. Have never spoke to anyone named Larry cordosa and the only time I had verbal confrontation was when I was confronted first. When I complained to flag man about my driveway being blocked he told me to get a life. I do have a life and it's at 819 Pinemont Dr. And it is being overly compromised at this time because of the way this job is being ran. The one that needs to call the cops is me because like I said since this job has started my house and garage have been burglurized. I think if you think this is a resolution that I'm happy with your sadly mistaken. How about paying me for the days wages I lost because the contractor that was trimming trees shorted out power and didn't call centerpoint to get it fixed. Waited around cause I thought it may have been a problem at my house but it was blown fuse on pole. When I talked to centerpoint and told him what was going on as far as tree trimming he said that was probably the cause. Job is not being handled professionally.

Also I've been maintaining drainage ditch for a year for ex. mowing it,cleaning thrash from it to make sure water flows properly through it while paying a 10 dollar maintenance fee on my water bill. When I ask that cars of contractors not park there so that I can keep the maintenance up on it cause doesn't seem that my money I'm paying every month is being spent the way it should be because haven't seen anyone from city doing what I've been doing. So from now on I'm not gonna touch it because my complaint was squashed because I was told it's city property and they can do what they want. So once a month you will be getting a request for drainage ditch to be maintained for my 10 dollars worth. You all chose this.
