They are doing construction work on Palisades Ave there is a crane on the sidewalk the owner of 550 Palisades Ave don't want the crane on her property the construction guy said you don't owner the sidewalk. She is scared they will damage her sidewalk she just did her sidewalk.
The Police are there and there are proper permits. The Police were contacted to see what could be done. The Off duty Police official will contact the office that is located on site to handle this matter.
