Description

About 2 weeks now a huge branch fell in the middle of the night and the owner of this tree has done nothing to remove it. It lays blocking the road and no access to the sidewalk. This tree is also laying on some power lines. She has done nothing to clean up her overgrown shrubs which I have witnessed homeless men urinating in it. Please make her clean up her yard.
