City of Oakland Public Works Department addressed this issue on 06/30/2016, service request #662852.

The street sweeper came by again a few days later and went over the pile. This did pick some up but just moved the rest of the pile about 39 feet, where it left it and spread it farther down the street. I cleaned the rest up 2 days ago, myself.

Once again it was up to a Pro-Bono citizen to step up and do PWD job. Thank you Edge City.
