Actually, it seems this poster must either have the wrong address, or they're trying to cause problems. Complaint listed 4749 Simcoe. That is the address of the green house on Simcoe. Did the complainer post pics of the broken fence, or trash they complain of? No. Possibly did they mean the blue or reddish house? It was Posted today and I didn't notice a problem this AM or PM, certainly not with the green house listed, but not even the blue. I even went and looked again. Reddish one has piles of dirt, but no big deal from the street. And you can't see a fence from the street on blue or green houses? Between those houses there is a fence type decoration matching the green house for privacy, but it's different and imo gives character. They aren't falling down. All houses have had issues in the past, nothing major today. Some may need improved, hopefully they will. However, as being a longtime resident, from what I have seen, the blue and green houses have great backyards. I do, however, wish all residents cared more for the entire neighborhood.

Awkward same person agreed with them self on previous comments. No noticeable trash? No noticeable fence issue? No pictures?
