I saw two people trip here yesterday, and I saw DPW out today trying to do what they could to improve the situation. The root from the tree is causing the bump.

Yes, thank Richie. I knew it was the tree. At some point, it will have to be dug up and replaced as they all should be at some point.

And it will. Next fiscal year (7/1/2017-6/30/2018) the City Manager is going to start spending money on Downtown, starting with $5million, which I expect will include new streetscapes (i.e., sidewalks, planters, trees, etc.) So I think it will be addressed then.

This depression was repaired on 6/24/16.
