Description

Traffic light not cycling properly. Light is taking a very long time on both streets. On Sunday 6/19, it was reported to Schenectady PD, but had resolved. On Sunday 6/19, the light stopped in mid-cycle. Giving Becker a yellow light, and Brandywine Ave red.
