Thank you for reporting this issue. An Officer for this area will investigate, and start a case if applicable. Please know weeds must be at least 12 inches tall and cover the majority of the yard before action can be taken. A seven-day notice is given to property owners to correct the issue. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days before the City can take legal action against those in violation. Updates will be posted here.

The Code Officer for the area already had an open case on this, and left a notice to mow at 207 Walton.

The Code Officer reported that not all of the property has been mowed yet, will contact residents again.

The Code Officer confirmed that the rest of the property was mowed.
