Description
The portion of 9W from Short Close Road north is under construction. Barriers have been placed on both sides of the road making the lanes extremely narrow. The northbound side has ruts and potholes. People drive on the southbound side to avoid them. Please repair this area.

The road is still rough on the heading north. The road is too narrow. I am surprised (and happy) that there has not been a serious accident yet.
