Description

I noticed that traffic signal T-311 (Mass Ave -- Walden St) has been reprogrammed recently as an experiment, and the change was later reverted. However, unlike before, the pedestrian signal does not turn white unless the beg button is pressed, even on a weekday afternoon, when there is the most pedestrians in the area. I assume this must be by mistake, since Cambridge prides itself as a relatively walkable city and has initiatives to further improve. It would be a shame to see incorrectly programmed signals discourage people from walking and Cambridge losing its ranking as a pleasant city to live. Please fix. Thank you.
